Need help uploading a photo? No problem!
How do I start upload?
Click the "Browse" button above - it will open a window from your computer. From there, you can click to the location of the photos you have saved on your computer. Pick the one you like best, and click.
Where can I find my photo?
Most PCs have a file folder, "My Photos". Most MACs have photos in the iPhoto application. In general, though, your photos will be in whatever location you saved them. (This is why your mother taught you to put away your things...)
What photos work best?
The photos from any digital camera will be great, and even some taken with a cell phone will work too. Most of the images you have copied from the Internet will be too small to reproduce well. (If you add a photo that is too small, you will receive a warning notice - be sure to think about it before you order.)
The very best result will come with a photo in which the subject (your child, your family, etc.) is the largest element of the image, and centered. And smiling!
What are file formats?
Click "See Completed Book" (the big green button) and have a look! You can even zoom in on your completed page using the controls at the bottom. If you'd like to try again with another photo, click the "back" button on your web browser, at the top left, and select a different image.
